Improve Decoking Operations

Operators desire to decoke their furnace as quickly as possible to reduce downtime and lower maintenance costs. This requires air and steam to be mixed in a specific ratio and rate to enable efficient decoking and minimize overheating the coils. Traditional DP flow, and mechanical metering technology  prevent efficient decoking and increase maintenance costs due to plugging from coke fines in the process streams. Upgrading to Coriolis or vortex technology provides a maintenance-free option, improving reliability and efficiency.
