This includes our latest wired and wireless measurement and control solutions connected to a state-of-the-art DeltaV™ distributed control system. • Digital Transformation: Our edge solutions enable convenient digital transformation of your existing plant and assets without the complexities of management of change. Utilizing our edge solutions, you can seamlessly bring new measurements and insights into your operations.
• Intelligent field: Boundless Automation™ begins with an intelligent field, utilizing advanced sensors and devices and innovative connectivity solutions to provide easier access to data from a wider range of applications. These include non-intrusive wireless corrosion detection systems, that continuously monitor for pipework metal loss, wireless acoustic measurement sensors that ‘listen’ for leaks from steam traps or pressure relief valves, and sensors that maintain a safe environment by monitoring the condition of highly reactive and flammable chemicals and gasses.

Discover that latest radar level solutions, including our new 80Ghz Rosemount 3408 Level Transmitter Non-Contacting Radar. Together with a selection of level switches, both safety and non-safety, they simulated level control of the Digital Experience Center tank.
Discover the renowned non-intrusive corrosion erosion solution featuring the Rosemount Wireless Permasense WT410 and the new Rosemount Wireless Permasense ET310C specifically designed for the chemical industry. Toward the end of the 3-inch pipe near the system board you can also find our latest acoustic sand monitoring solution for the upstream oil & gas industry.
The gas detection zone includes various solutions to cover all of your requirements. From wireless gas monitoring to ultrasonic gas leakage detection, we have you covered.
In the room we have both a Basic Process Control System (BPCS) and a Safety system. In fact, there are 9 safety devices in the DXC room. Can you find them all? There are also 2 remote charms units that further demonstrate how simple it can be to add additional insights to your plant and assets.
A Flow-rig extends the Digital Experience Center with live flow and vibration measurement of the pump and motor. This can of course be remote controlled by our state-of-the-art DeltaV system.
The Edge Solutions board demonstrates how you can still benefit from all these new insights conveniently by creating a separate route into your level 2.5 switch using our edge PC and software such as Plantweb InsightTM (PWI).
The Digital Experience Center has been designed purposely to support workgroup activities in an interactive and exciting environment for both discovery and learning.
