Maintaining the integrity of piping and operations is a key concern, and gaining insights into flow assurance risks can be challenging at times. The more data points available to support flow assurance efforts, the better. With the Roxar 2600 Multiphase Flow Meter, you can be assured of an instrument mechanically suitable for even the most sour of environments. In addition, the meter measures even the smallest changes in water production, as well as providing data relating to wax or scale build-up.
The Roxar 2600 Multiphase Flow Meters (MPFM) accurately characterize flow regimes and provide critical information on a well’s production capabilities. Built on a scalable technology platform, the advanced meter’s signal processing and field electronics provide sensitive measurements and a comprehensive mapping of flow. Employ this modular meter to improve production optimization, flow assurance and well testing, while meeting all field conditions and cost requirements.
The Roxar Multiphase Salinity System provides sensitive and real-time measurements of the conductivity and salinity of produced water in multiphase production wells. Together with the Roxar Multiphase Meter, this enables operators to obtain saline independent multiphase measurements, take immediate remedial action to improve flow assurance (optimizing corrosion, erosion and scale inhibitors), minimize water coning, and maximize oil & gas production.
Roxar SAM Acoustic Sand Monitor is a non-intrusive sensor that provides real-time production sand information, allowing increased oil & gas production rates and less topside erosion events. The referenced instrument is based on acoustic technology and proprietary algorithms that translate the sand noise into actionable data. The Roxar SAM provides an immediate response to sand production that allows production flow adjustment, sand separator efficiency monitoring and other onshore and offshore upstream applications. The referenced instrument data can be enhanced further with Roxar SandLog and / or Permasense corrosion and erosion monitors.

The Roxar 2600 Multiphase Flow Meter has proven to be robust and is performing well with all the various assisted recovery methods. With naturally flowing wells with erratic behaviors due to continuous changes in water, oil and gas, the Roxar 2600 Multiphase Flow Meter can adapt to the different flow regimes using advanced sensor capabilities to determine not only the rapid changes of the total flow but also address complex combinations of phase distribution.
