Differential Pressure Flow Measurement in Cryogenic Applications

Accurately Measure Flow Rates in Cryogenic Applications

The straight run available in trailers for the transfer of air gases in cryogenic conditions is usually very small and a Flow measurement in high temperature applications product with little straight run required is necessary. Additionally cryogenic operation can reach - 310°F / -190°C with variations in the density of Nitrogen, Argon, and Oxygen fluids. Using a Rosemount 1595 conditioning orifice plate paired with a 3015 SMV Transmitter is ideal for this application. The 1595 is ideal for small straight run section requirements and through remote assembly between the conditioning board and the transmitter, it can withstand extreme negative cryogenic applications.
