Вибрационная сварка пластмасс
Branson постоянно совершенствует метод вибрационной сварки пластмасс, чтобы помогать производителям в решении задач по соединению сложных деталей в промышленных масштабах.
Vibration welding is an energy-efficient technology that optimizes productivity on assembly lines. Our new Clean Vibration Technology (CVT) creates cleaner welds with less flash and particulate than ever before. Innovations like CVT are why Branson has been an industry leader for 70 years.
Vibration welding is ideal for joining large parts, intricate areas, multi-plane objects and curved surfaces. It is employed in automotive, appliance and other industries to join large components of varying shapes.
Vibration Welding is a joining solution that is capable of welding together complex, irregularly shaped or large parts. Vibration welding uses heat energy generated when one part is held stationary while the other part is moved in a linear, back-and-forth motion. The heat generated initiates a controllable meltdown at the interface of the parts. Vibration welding requires that the part interface accommodate the relative motion inherent in the process.
The vibration welding process uses rapid linear motion to create friction and heat at the joint interface of the parts to be mated. This process lasts until the right molten state is reached. The plastic then solidifies under clamping pressure and forms a permanent bond. In addition to linear vibration welding, Emerson’s Branson vibration welders are the only products in the market capable of orbital vibration technology. Orbital vibration increases joint welding opportunities to meet a wider range of requirements.
The GVX-2HR, equipped with Clean Vibration Technology, represents a new level of precision, speed, and consistency in vibration welding.
