Product Description

The ASCO Numatics makes a wide range of high-quality exhaust silencers for pneumatic motion control systems. These include heavy-duty and speed-control mufflers, vent silencers, and inlet filter strainers. The silencers are designed for automotive, tire manufacturing, press room and metal stamping, and bottling applications.

The Numatics M Series muffler is constructed of heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant metal and softly exhausts air, dispersing it over a 360° pattern
The Numatics SSM Series stainless steel muffler is highly resistant to atmospheric corrosion, sterilizing solutions, organic chemicals, and many inorganic chemicals
The compact Numatics P Series muffler is ideal for limited spaces and can muffle air valve exhaust noise, intake filtration, coalescing of oil mist exhaust, or pressure or vacuum equalization
Combining a sturdy nylon thread with a polyethylene body, the Numatics E Series silencer provides a lightweight alternative to heavier, metal-based mufflers while reducing decibels to an OSHA-approved level
The Numatics bronze speed control muffler provides infinite metering of air flow. With linear adjusting capability, the speed of the cylinder can be decreased
The Numatics polyethylene speed control muffler offers fine adjustment to the low end of the flow range, followed by more coarse control as flow is increased to the maximum
The Numatics breather vent silencer offers some noise reduction, but is better suited for keeping contaminant out of valve exhaust ports or single-acting cylinder ports
