Rosemount TankMaster is a powerful, easy-to-use Windows-based inventory management software package providing operator overview, inventory and custody transfer calculations. It also includes configuration and service tools for Rosemount Tank Gauging systems.
The software is available in two versions:
WinOpi includes complete custody transfer and inventory functions.
WinView features basic inventory capability.
Real time inventory calculations include parameters such as:
TankMaster features an alarm summary, alarm log and alarm event log for safe and reliable alarm handling. The operator can set different sounds for each alarm type. Alarms may also be sent via e-mail, or to a mobile device and it is possible to view all alarms in the system or divide the alarms per group or per tank. The operator can set alarm levels, hysteresis and delay times for level, average temperature, vapor temperature, analog input signals, flow rate etc for a customized inventory management system.
Batch Report: provides transfer supervision when making internal and external transfers in inventory and custody transfer tanks.
Log Report: Product, level, average temperature, Net Standard Volume (NSV), density, and level status.
Mass Balance Report: Product, level, average temperature, Total Observed Volume (TOV), Net Standard Volume (NSV), Weight In Air (WIA), density, level status, difference in Net Standard Volume since last report.
The Rosemount tank gauging system can be connected to all major suppliers of DCS, SCADA systems, plant host computers or terminal automation systems.
It is also possible to seamlessly replace other tank management systems with Rosemount TankMaster, our Emulation solution. Data from different gauge types is collected and seamlessly displayed from within one integrated system.
