About Rosemount Instrument Manifolds
Instrument manifolds are a type of process connection system that provides isolation, venting, and equalization for various types of pressure measurement applications.
Instrument manifolds are a type of process connection system that provides isolation, venting, and equalization for various types of pressure measurement applications. Manifolds are typically used with other measurement instrumentation including pressure transmitters, gauges, or any other pressure sensing device.
Rosemount Coplanar manifolds attach directly to patented Rosemount Coplanar pressure transmitters, eliminating the need for a flange which results in fewer leak points, cost reduction, and material reduction. This lightweight premium manifold is available in 2-, 3- and 5-valve configurations which allow for instrument isolation and controlled venting to ensure measurement integrity.
Rosemount conventional style manifolds are designed to be used with applications that require a flange. Conventional manifolds are available in traditional and wafer styles including various types of valving configurations. This product is designed for multivariable, static, and differential pressure transmitters.
Rosemount R305 and R306 enhanced manifolds feature Pressure-Lock™ Valve technology which offers simplified operation, enhanced reliability, and increased operating safety. Enhanced manifolds also contain a large internal process bore to resist plugging. Enhanced manifolds are available in Coplanar and in-line connection styles. This product is compatible with all Rosemount pressure transmitters.
Emerson has redesigned the traditional manifold with the user in mind – adding new features to help simplify operation, increase operator safety and enhance reliability. Learn how Rosemount R305 and R306 Enhanced Manifolds were developed to meet the needs of today’s challenging applications.
