Supply Chain Optimization

This is the Supply Chain Optimization introduction training module for shippers. This introductory module will explain the importance of the Supply Chain Optimization system and how it supports the information flow across the supply chain.

This is the first training session module for shipper general training. This module will show you how to log into the supply chain optimization system, reset your password, and request a new password.

This is the regional order training module. This module applies only to intracontinental freight moves. You will learn how to create a regional order, guidance on pickup and delivery dates, optional fields, and third party billing.

This is the intercontinental air order entry training module. This module will only apply to heavy air cargo shipments. In this module you will learn how to create an intercontinental air order and understand third party billing.

This is the location training module. This training will teach you to search for a location and create a favorite location and use that location on an order.

This is the ad hoc location training module. Ad hoc locations should only be used after a search has been performed to find out if the location is currently in the system. 

This is the order release timing training module. In this module you will learn how to search for an order, find order status and review order entry fields, and how to utilize order status and indicators for editing or cancelling an order.

This module is for editing an existing order. In this module you will learn how to find an existing order and make edits to it.

This module is for cancelling an existing order. In this module you will learn how to find an existing order and cancel that order. 

This module is for copying an existing order. In this module you will learn how to copy an existing order and use to start a new order.

This is the order template training module. In this module you will learn how to create a template, use the template to create an order, and how to edit an existing template.

This module will show you how to search for a shipment. In this training module you will learn how to search for a shipment and understand shipment color indicators and how that relates to secure resource status.

This is the shipping document retrieval module. In this training you will learn how to pull a bill of lading, delivery note, and shipper letter of instruction.

This is the track and trace module. In this training you will learn how to use the shipment track and trace feature. This allows you to see the status updates a carrier provides on a shipment.
