Frequently Asked Questions about Emerson Exchange
Registration includes admissions to all conference sessions and exhibitions, certified training, meals, exhibition reception and social events.
Conference Registration grants you access to exclusive rates at the conference hotel properties near the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. For the special Early Bird Registration rate, conference attendees agree to stay at the conference host hotels. A $500 non-compliance fee will be issued to those who do not comply with this policy. Local San Antonio residents are exempt from this agreement.
Hotel reservations can be made through the registration process or within your myExchange Dashboard.
The Emerson Exchange is unable to grant refunds after the April 16, 2025, cancellation deadline, due to financial guarantees made to suppliers and the host hotels. For your reference, a copy of the conference cancellation policy, as issued with registration confirmations and as published on our website, is shown below:
"Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing via confirmed email to the Exchange Event Team at EmersonExchange@emerson.com. All paid-in-fees/monies will be refunded for cancellations received on or before April 16, 2025. After this date, no refunds can be made.
Same company personnel substitutions may be made at any time. Please send a request to EmersonExchange@emerson.com to transfer a registration. You must provide the full name, email and company of the transfer recipient. Hotel reservations can be modified or cancelled using the link to the hotel reservation platform in your myExchange Dashboard."

**Please note: The busiest registration days/times for Badge Pickup is Monday to Tuesday. You may encounter a wait (up to 10 minutes) if you pick up your badge during peak hours; please plan accordingly.

You can request a letter of invitation to assist with obtaining a visa during the registration process.
Please note you must be registered for the conference and paid in full in order for a letter of invitation to be issued.
A complete library of presentations will be made available for conference attendees on Emerson Exchange365 a few weeks after the conference. Registered attendees will be notified when these are available.
