Normally Open Solenoid Valves
A normally open solenoid valve can control the flow of liquids, air, or other gases. When not activated, the valve remains open. When it receives energy, a plunger in the normally open valve push is activated and closes until the valve’s aperture until the flow of energy stops. Normally open solenoid valves can function as safety devices and can also help regulate system pressure. They are used to control air in HVAC systems and water pressure in plumbing systems, among other common applications.
