Fisher Cavitrol Hex trim provides improved performance for severe service applications and maintains the efficiency of a rotary valve. Cavitrol Hex reduces cavitation and noise effects that cause pipeline vibration
Features
- Hexagon-shaped tubes separate the fluid, conditions the flow pattern, and works to reduce or eliminate noise and vibration caused by cavitation
- Convert previously installed Fisher Vee-Ball Series and CV500 valves with the Cavitrol Hex anti-cavitation trim after minimal modification to the valve body outlet flange.
- Standard Cavitrol Hex trim material is S31603 stainless steel. R31233 cobalt alloy material is also available when a harder, more erosion-resistant trim option is required
