Rosemount TankMaster is a powerful, easy-to-use Windows-based inventory management software package. Rosemount TankMaster collects real-time tank gauging data such as level, temperature, water interface level and pressure. It automatically calculates volume and mass for inventory and custody transfer for bulk liquid storage tanks. It also provides operator overview, configuration, setup and service for Rosemount tank gauging systems.

The Rosemount 566 Multiple Spot Temperature Sensor measures temperature with a number of Pt-100 spot elements placed at different heights to provide a tank temperature profile and an average temperature in cryogenic and refrigerated storage tanks. Only fully immersed elements are used to determine product temperature. Each sensor is connected to a Rosemount 2240S Multi-input Temperature Transmitter.

Rosemount 614 is specifically designed for temperature measurements in cryogenic and refrigerated tanks.
These spot elements are wired through a mineral-insulated flexible steel cable which allows temperature measurements inside a full containment tank during the cool-down procedure, and for leak detection in the tank's insulation space. The temperature sensor elements are easily integrated through a conical connection or a junction box to the Rosemount 2240S Multi-input Temperature Transmitter.
These spot elements are wired through a mineral-insulated flexible steel cable which allows temperature measurements inside a full containment tank during the cool-down procedure, and for leak detection in the tank's insulation space. The temperature sensor elements are easily integrated through a conical connection or a junction box to the Rosemount 2240S Multi-input Temperature Transmitter.

It provides average liquid temperature for net volume calculation based on each individual spot temperature element in combination with the corresponding level value. It has an impressive temperature conversion accuracy of ± 0.05 °C (± 0.09 °F).
