The Rosemount™ 5408 Non-Contacting Radar Level Transmitter uses enhanced technology and Human Centered Design to deliver accurate, reliable measurements on both liquid and solid materials. Using two-wire FMCW technology the Rosemount 5408 deploys a continuous echo to maximize radar signal strength and produce a more robust and reliable measurement. Delivering ease-of-use at every touch point, the Rosemount 5408 uses an intuitive software interface to guide the operator through installation, commissioning, proof-testing and maintenance. Powerful onboard diagnostics suite proactively monitors transmitter health and alerts if there is an issue. Safety certified to IEC 61508 for SIL 2 applications, the Rosemount 5408:SIS reduces cost of risk, increases efficiency and protects people and the environment.

The Rosemount 1408H Level Transmitter provides accurate continuous level measurement. The radar is specifically designed to match hygienic requirements in the food & beverage industry. It is equipped with hygienic certifications (3-A®, FDA, EC 1935/2004, EHEDG, etc.), a compact and polished stainless steel housing, and the ability to withstand CIP and SIP cleaning processes which allows you to minimize contamination risk and assure product safety.

The Rosemount 2120 Level Switch provides easy to install, reliable level detection and control. 3 rdparty IEC61508 (SIL2) safety and hygienic certification with choice of outputs makes it suitable for a wide range of applications. It has no moving parts, needs no calibration and is virtually unaffected by process conditions. Adjustable switching delay prevents false switching in turbulent applications. Understand what is going on with your process- the visible heartbeat LED provides device status and health, and magnetic test point provides an easy-to-use functional test.
