Frank J. Dellaquila
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Frank J. Dellaquila serves as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Emerson and is responsible for the company's global financial operations. He was appointed senior vice president and chief financial officer in 2010, and was promoted to executive vice president in 2012. He previously served as senior vice president of finance and controller, overseeing the company’s accounting, tax and treasury functions.
Dellaquila joined Emerson in 1991 as vice president and treasurer, a position he held until 2000 when he became senior vice president of finance and CFO for Emerson’s Motors and Appliance Components business. In 2004, Dellaquila was named senior vice president of acquisitions and development for Emerson until his promotion to senior vice president of finance and controller in 2009.
Prior to joining Emerson, Dellaquila held senior financial positions for other multi-national firms.
Dellaquila is a member of the board of directors of the National Merit Scholarship Corporation. He is also a member of the boards of directors of the Greater St. Louis region of the American Red Cross and the St. Louis chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, and also serves on the investment advisory committee of the Greater St. Louis Area Council, Boy Scouts of America.
Dellaquila received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Fordham University and an MBA in finance from Columbia University.
