When using Emergency On-site Support, a certified technician or engineer will be dispatched to your plant on a priority basis. Immediate availability of service experts for Rosemount products can help you reduce or eliminate downtime and unplanned outages.

Service Details

Emergency On-site Support service will provide priority access to a field service technician or engineer.

Emergency On-site Service customers receive:

  • Priority response of field technician or engineer
  • Assurance that if we can't resolve an issue via telephone support, a field technician or engineer will be dispatched to the site as soon as possible
